Welcome to Ams Line fashion designing. By accessing or using our website www.myamsline.com , you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing any orders.
1. Product Fulfillment & Processing Time
All our products, including abayas, are made to order with care and attention to detail. Once you place your order, it will go into processing and production.
Processing & Production Time:
Please allow a minimum of 10 to 14 working days for us to craft and prepare your abaya before it is ready for shipment.

Orders placed after working hours or during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Custom orders or high-demand periods may result in longer processing times.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
2. Delivery and Shipping
We currently provide shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and to countries in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which includes:
Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar.
Delivery Time (after processing):

UAE Deliveries: Estimated 1–3 business days after processing.

GCC Deliveries: Estimated 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

For UAE orders, standard delivery rates apply.

For GCC countries, additional customs or duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
As all items are made to order:

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

After that window, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations, as production may already be underway.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery with detailed photos and your order number.
