Refund / Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. However, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you would like to return your order, you may exchange it for another item of the same value. Alternatively, you can choose a different design within the same price range, and we will prepare it for you with pleasure.

Clause 1 – Order Processing

If production of your abaya has not yet started, you may change your design or exchange it for another item of the same value. However, once the abaya has been processed or work has begun, changes and cancellations are not possible, and the order must be completed as originally placed.

Clause 2 – Refunds & Exchanges

Payments are non-refundable. Instead, customers may select another abaya of the same value to exchange, provided the order has not yet been processed. For completed orders, exchanges are not permitted.

Clause 3 – Alterations & Measurements

• If a customer provides incorrect measurements, the customer is responsible for alteration costs as well as delivery fees for pick-up and drop-off.
• If the mistake is from our side (wrong sizing or tailoring not matching the confirmed details), we will cover both the alteration fee and delivery charges.

Clause 4 – Production Timeline & Urgent Orders

• Standard production time for abayas is 15–20 working days.
• If a customer requires an abaya urgently for a special occasion, they must inform us clearly in the order notes or via chat at the time of placing the order.
• We will confirm whether the order can be completed within the requested timeline and inform the customer of any urgent order fees.
• If we have not confirmed the possibility of meeting the urgent timeline, the order will automatically be treated as a standard order.
