We currently do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. However, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you would like to return your order, you may exchange it for another item of the same value. Alternatively, you can choose a different design within the same price range, and we will prepare it for you with pleasure.
If production of your abaya has not yet started, you may change your design or exchange it for another item of the same value. However, once the abaya has been processed or work has begun, changes and cancellations are not possible, and the order must be completed as originally placed.
Payments are non-refundable. Instead, customers may select another abaya of the same value to exchange, provided the order has not yet been processed. For completed orders, exchanges are not permitted.
