Refund / Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. However, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you would like to return your order, you may exchange it for another item of the same value. Alternatively, you can choose a different design within the same price range, and we will prepare it for you with pleasure.
Clause 1 – Order Processing
If production of your abaya has not yet started, you may change your design or exchange it for another item of the same value. However, once the abaya has been processed or work has begun, changes and cancellations are not possible, and the order must be completed as originally placed.
Clause 2 – Refunds & Exchanges
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Customers may select another abaya of the same value to exchange, provided the order has not yet been processed.
- For completed orders, exchanges are not permitted.
Clause 3 – Alterations & Measurements
- If a customer provides incorrect measurements, the customer is responsible for alteration costs as well as delivery fees for pick-up and drop-off.
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong sizing or tailoring not matching the confirmed details), we will cover both the alteration fee and delivery charges.
Clause 4 – Production Timeline & Urgent Orders
- Standard production time for abayas is 15–20 working days.
- If a customer requires an abaya urgently for a special occasion, they must inform us clearly in the order notes or via chat at the time of placing the order.
- We will confirm whether the order can be completed within the requested timeline and inform the customer of any urgent order fees.
- If we have not confirmed the possibility of meeting the urgent timeline, the order will automatically be treated as a standard order.

Delivery Policy
At Ams Line fashion designing, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable delivery experience. This Delivery Policy outlines the timeline, methods, and scope of our shipping process to ensure transparency and trust.
1. Order Processing Time
- All our abayas are custom-made and require time to be tailored to perfection.
- Once your order is confirmed, please allow 10 to 14 working days for production and quality checks before dispatch.
- Working days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE and GCC public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for shipment.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following regions:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)

- Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Bahrain
- Oman
- Qatar

3. Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing)
- Within UAE: 1 to 3 business days
- GCC countries: 3 to 7 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local courier service availability.)
Tracking information will be provided via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
- UAE Deliveries: Standard domestic rates apply and will be shown at checkout.
- GCC Deliveries: International shipping fees apply based on destination.
- Additional customs duties, VAT, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time. All deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your contact and delivery information is accurate to avoid any delays.
6. Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refused delivery:
- The courier will typically make a second attempt.
- If undelivered, the order may be returned to us, and re-shipping costs may apply.
7. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Customs inspections (for GCC deliveries)
